ThisGuy is a company that is inspired by nature, and dedicated to leaving a net positive effect on the environment which inspires us.
Historically this has been executed through our partnership with one of the world’s largest reforestation non-profit organization's, Eden Reforestation Projects, with whom we plant 10 trees in Africa for every pair of sunglasses we sell.
The team at ThisGuy has decided to make another change which is closer to home, and which we hope will help alleviate the impact that our products have on the environment.
We really don't like the idea of any of our products landing up in a landfill somewhere, and so starting from November 2021 we are asking all of our customers to give their sunglasses back to us whenever they are done with them!
We don't mind how old they are or what condition they are in, we just want to get them back to use so that we can recycle or up-cycle these pairs and limit the resources we use in making our sunnies - our long term goal is to be a company which has 0 waste and a net positive impact on the environment and our world.
We will arrange and pay for collection of the sunnies as well - so this will be be at no extra cost to you, and hassle-free!
